We’re ready to book your as our wedding photographer - what do we do?

  1. CONTACT
    Our first contact happens when you decide you’re interesting in booking me as your wedding photographer in Mallorca (and if not Mallorca, tell me where you plan to get married), and you fill out my short form (you will find these forms on the Photo and Video page).

Let me know date, venue and perhaps something short about your wedding plans.

2. BOOKING PROPOSAL
I will now create a booking proposal for you, depending on what you’d like to book me for. You will receive an email with the link, and this is where you can go ahead and book me when you’re ready. If you’re not really sure what you’re after, we can jump on a call before I go on to step 3.

3. It’s time to jump on a video call!

I want to make sure I can meet your expectations, and that we connect. I’m going to be with you for a full day, maybe even three if you book me for a wedding weekend. It’s important that we vibe, right? So let’s grab an online coffee and have a brief chat to see if we’re a match. I’ll explain the details of my contract if you want to, and talk you through the booking process. Then it’s time to book.

5. Your wedding

When it’s time, I will arrive about 20-30min before schedule and stay for however long we’ve decided.

As soon as I come back home I backup your images to 2 different drive. One cloud service and one SSD. I also keep the files on the memory cards (yes, I have many memory cards…) until your gallery in delivered.

You will receive photography sneak peeks within 2 days.

If you’ve booked a wedding trailer you will receive it within a week.


6. Delivery

The final gallery or video will be delivered in an online gallery or online video host program for you to enjoy for minimum one year.

Check your contract for exact delivery time, it can vary, depending on package booked.

The video galleries have lifetime access.

Any prints ordered might take longer.

4. Booking

I will send you to my booking site where you choose your package and go on to the contract and payment.

I usually invoice 50% as a booking fee. When this is paid and the contract is signed you’ve secured your date with me.

The remainder is due 1-2 months before your wedding so that you can focus on celebrate and have fun. There’s nothing worse than paying invoiced when the party’s over and you just want to enjoy each other.
