Looking ahead to my 2026 weddings on Mallorca

Can you believe it guys! We’re already in 2026 - and this might be the year you can say “Aaah, we’re getting married this year!” or perhaps its the year you start planning. No matter what it is - I wish you an amazing 2026.

As I start mapping out my own year, I can already feel that quiet excitement building. Not the rushed, overwhelming kind — but the grounded feeling of knowing that the year ahead will be filled with meaningful stories, beautiful places, and couples who love my blend of documentary, fine art and that modern touch with fun experimentation when there’s room for it.

So far, my 2026 calendar is shaping up like this:

May
The season begins at Alaiar, a venue I always love returning to. It’s calm, rustic, and incredibly kind to both photography and film — a perfect way to ease into the year. It’s also great for smaller weddings, like around 40-50 guests. Intimate but with an elegant rustic feel. I love it! Also this time I will be working with my fav DJ Mads from DB Events. Great guy!

June
June will be full and varied, just how I like it. I’ll be working at Ses Voltes in the north, followed by The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort, and an intimate elopement in Alcanada.
From historic city architecture to luxury resort settings and then down to something raw and personal by the sea — that contrast is exactly why I love destination weddings.

July
July is intentionally left open. I’ll be finishing up my June weddings but then, I’ll allow my myself to enjoy summer. Rest, swims, slow mornings, and space to recharge creatively. I’ve learned that protecting this time makes me a better photographer and filmmaker for the rest of the year.

In Sweden, where I’m from, it’s the busiest wedding month and so I thought, going into weddings, that I’d be giving up my July’s forever. Turns out, Mallorca is a little too hot during the summer months… As if I didn’t know that already 🥵

August
In August, I’m back at Finca Morneta, a venue that feels timeless and generous in light and space. It’s one of those places where both photo and film makes sense. Some of my fav drone footage we shot here. The view towards Inca is magical when the train rolls by…

September
September will be my busiest month, and honestly — one of my favourites. I’ll be working at Finca Son Termes again, returning once more to Finca Morneta, as well as Art Ses Salines and Son Berga. Son Berga will be a first for me which is thrilling!
So, I’ll have a beautiful mix of classic Mallorcan fincas — each with its own rhythm, textures, and atmosphere.

November
The season slows down at Font Seca, which feels like a gentle closing chapter for the year. It will be my first big November wedding, as I’ve only done November elopements before. It will surely have have a different softness, calmer energy, lower sun, and surely something out of the ordinary for me, being an all Spanish wedding! So excited!

Across these weddings, I’ll be delivering a mix of hybrid packages (photo + film) and full-day photography and filmmaking.

What ties them all together is the same intention: to create work that feels honest, emotional, and lasting, not just content for today, but memories that grow in meaning over time.

2026 is already feeling very special.
And there’s still room for a few more love stories.
If you’re eloping in Mallorca 2026, don’t hesitate to reach out. Just crossing my fingers you’re not thinking about July ;)

Hugs from Mallorca.

Ida
